Time of delivery

In most cases, it takes 2-3 days from the time of order to delivery. Orders placed with a credit card will not be processed until the payment has been received.

Following the order confirmation, you will receive two additional status emails from us to keep you updated on the status of your order. Our system sends the first after your package has been delivered. The second will arrive later in the evening, after the package has been delivered by the Zusteller.

In the second email, you’ll also find a tracking link for tracking the delivery. When a package is processed for the first time in a Verteilcenter, the link is usually not activated until the next day by the Zusteller.

Please allow for a longer delivery time when placing your orders, especially if you require the items for a vacation start. In exceptional circumstances, both with us and with the customer, delays may occur.
